How To Make (Photoshop color fantasy effects in Photoshop )



First Open your Photoshop. After Open Photoshop You first click File and press New .... 

Now Please choose your Name:
After Preset: Custom
Width: 3600
Height: 2400
Resolution: 500
Color mode: RGB COLOR
After press ok  

Now click solid color and follow this 

Ok now Drag and Drop Background images. Background images create Here
